A summary of the AGM decissions follows. The Stage at the Memorial Hall
The stage is in need of repair. Depending on the resources of the Hall Committee, the Wonersh Players may need to offer to help with remedial works.
Committee Resignations and Appointments
Steve Cozens has stepped down from the Committee after many years of loyal service. It was agreed unanimously that Simon Osborne should take his place.
Christmas Bazaar
It was agreed to run a White Elephant stall again at the Memorial Hall Chritmas Bazaar on 29/11/08, with Nicki kindly offering to help run the stall.
Games evening
It was agreed to try to organise another Games evening at Wonersh Club, sometime in November, subject to availablity
Summer Barbecue
It was suggested the format of the summer barbecue be altered so that guests bring their own food, thus reducing the catering for people who don't turn up when they said they would.
